Corporate Profile Founded in early 2007, Spatial Transactions, LLC is a New Jersey based company specializing in providing first responders with a real time, multi-jurisdictional, multi-CAD vendor map display and Common Operating Picture (COP) applications. We also provide consulting and other specialized services based upon our customers’ needs.

Mission Statement Our primary mission is to integrate first responders on a regional basis so they can coordinate an effective response to any local or regional incident or emergency. Our secondary mission is to provide first responders with a real time COP containing critical non-public safety information so they can coordinate with non-public safety agencies when responding to a local or regional level incident or emergency.
